كواشف توبرس A & B سائلان منفصلان مع عمر افتراضي طويل يتم خلطهما 1: 1 قبل الاستخدام مباشرةً وسكبهما على لوح بيكار (مثل اختبار بيكر لمعرفة لون الدقيق) رطب.Ascorbic acid is then determined semi-quantitatively as blue spots.
