Silos Management Failure.
Corrosion in Silos is a common problem that can cause significant damage and safety hazards if left untreated. It occurs when metal components of the building, such as steel beams or pipes, are exposed to moisture and oxygen realised by Grain, leading to the formation of rust. Corrosion can weaken the whole structural integrity of the building, leading to potential collapses or failures. It can also cause aesthetic damage and reduce the lifespan of the Silos drastically. Preventative measures such as use of strong moisture migration inhibition solution (DMX-7) and suitable aeration program with regular checks can surely help mitigate the risk of corrosion in steel silos and their premature collapse.
