🐟 The PDCA Problem Solving Form is a structured approach to tackling problems and enhancing processes. It combines the power of the Fishbone diagram (Ishikawa) with the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle to ensure all angles are covered.
🔍 Describe the Problem:
Before diving into the solution, it’s important to gather facts.
What? Where? When? Who? Get clear answers to ensure clarity.
🔧 Analyze the Problem:
Using the Fishbone diagram, we categorize possible causes into Man, Machine, Method, Material, Management, and Environment. By examining each factor, we uncover hidden inefficiencies that could be affecting the process.
🎯 Identify Causes:
List out potential root causes in three categories, which can help in breaking down complex issues into manageable insights. This allows teams to focus on key problem areas.
🛠️ Solve the Problem:
Define the action plan—what needs to be done, who’s responsible, and the due dates. Accountability drives progress.
✅ Evaluate Results:
Once actions are completed, it's crucial to measure their impact. Did it correct the problem? Was reoccurrence prevented? If needed, adjust the standard, provide training, and ensure sustainable improvement.

🐟 نموذج حل المشكلات PDCA هو نهج منظم لمعالجة المشكلات وتحسين العمليات. إنه يجمع بين قوة مخطط العظم السمكي (إيشيكاوا) ودورة التخطيط والتنفيذ والفحص والتصحيح لضمان تغطية جميع الزوايا.
🔍 وصف المشكلة:

ماذا؟ أين؟ متى؟ من؟ الحصول على إجابات واضحة لضمان الوضوح.
🔧 تحليل المشكلة:
