Make sure if you're buying a branded bearing (which you're supposed to do) you buy them from a trusted supplier, nowadays, even the branded bearing in the market either they're renewed (secondhand) or they're counterfeit goods, the correct lubricant is used (ask your machine manufacturer for the lubricant specification), while running, frequently check the bearing and rolls temperature (recommended every shift) to monitor and tackle the problem before reaching to the bottleneck.

Check your sprockets and compare if their diameter still goes alon with the diameter of your rolls. If using refluted rolls, you will have to use smaller sprockets as well. Otherwise you have tension in the sprocket box which would explain the breakage.
